Mr. Srikumar, the founder of Care Finder®, has over 27 years of experience as a sales and marketing professional. Throughout his career, he has served in senior roles in well-known organisations like GE Capital, Randstad India, and Kotak Mahindra.

At Care Finder®, his presence is instrumental in networking with prominent industry stakeholders. He is also a significant part of many associations related to the senior care industry. He also plays the lead for the Rotary Action Group for Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Debashree is a seasoned public relations and communications professional based in Mumbai. She has extensively worked on advocacy, issue management, crisis management, marketing communication, and various other areas. Driven by the desire to give back to society, she is a fierce advocate of financial literacy, elderly care, and renewable energy.

She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in PR and Advertising and is pursuing a Postgraduate Program in Public Policy from The Takshashila Institution, a Public Policy School. In her past assignments, she has worked with Adfactors PR, Concept PR, and Genesis BCW. In her free time, she likes reading economic history books.

Dr. K. R. Gangadharan, the founder of Heritage Medical Care Centre, is a renowned name in the senior care landscape. His Heritage Trust manages a plethora of senior care services such as Karuna School of Nursing, Heritage Home Care Services, Kshetra assisted living facility for elders. His brainchild, Heritage Medical Care Centre, founded in 1994, is one of India’s foremost private geriatric healthcare facilities.

Dr. Gangadharan’s Heritage Trust is accredited as the Regional Resource Training Centre by the MSJE for the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana. The trust also collaborates with the Government of India to conduct short and long-term Gerontology courses.

Dr. Gangadharan has unmatched experience and service in the field of geriatric care. He served on the Board of the International Association of Homes and Services for the Ageing, Washington DC, USA, for four years and on the Board of the International Federation on Ageing (IFA) based in Toronto, Canada, for over a decade. He was also their President for two years.

Dr. Gangadharan is notably the first Indian to address a White House conference on Ageing, held in 2005. Apart from presenting numerous research papers to the UN, specifically the UNESCAP, he has also addressed the Governments and Civil Society in Prague under invitation from the Czech President. He has been invited to speak in several countries across Asia, Europe, North America, Africa, and Oceania. In 2012, he was asked by the United Nations to address as a panel member during the Open-Ended Working Group on Ageing in New York.

Besides these international recognitions, Dr. Gangadharan has served as a member of the Andhra Pradesh State Advisory Council and was nominated as a member of the National Council of Older Persons by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MSJE). In 2010, he was one of four non-official members appointed by the Government of India to review and recommend revised policies for the elderly in India.

Mr. R. Rangachari is an accomplished veteran of the hospitality industry and tourism, with nearly six decades of experience. Recently, he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Tamil Nadu Tourism Awards. He has been advising the South India Hotels & Restaurants Association (SIHRA) for over a decade and is highly respected in the industry.

Mr. Rangachari has worked extensively for the Government of India's Tourism Department in Sri Lanka, the USA, Germany, and Scandinavia. He is also a consultant to several hotel chains.

Some of these include a member of the National Committee - CII, Past President of Probus Club – Chennai, Past Vice President Federation of Senior Citizens’ Associations of Tamilnadu, Council Member – All India Senior Citizens Confederation (AISCCON), Vice Chairperson (South) ISU3A.

R . T. Namasivayam is also one of the most sought-after speakers and thought leaders in the senior care forums. He is a member of many NGOs and is actively involved in the cause of elders.

Being an engineer with over 41 years of work experience, Mr. Namasivayam has completed management courses from Tata Management, IIM (Ahmedabad), and the staff college—Hyderabad. He has worked for leading brands like Best & Crompton, Calsens, Samrose Agro, Voltas, etc., and has travelled extensively across countries.
